Ooh! Love it. There's nothing like a screaming steak in a fancy restaurant. I give the waiter strict instructions for the chef. Take the steak, show it where the oven is, and put it on the plate. Smother it in mushrooms and jalapenos, add a baked potato, a salad with ranch dressing (that's the key, raw steaks are allergic to ranch, so they won't eat your salad), and you've got the meal of the century.
I used to have to pick restaurants that had large centerpieces on the table, so my dates didn't get sick when they watched me kill my meal.

No, I eat my salad first. Plus I don't like my steak rare.

I do like rare steak, but not that rare. That's gross, not to mention unhealthy.
