sweating is the body's way of cooling urself off and actually people that are in better shape sweat more sooner than heavier people b/c ur body knows that is has to cool itself off. you have to use anti-perspirant obviously or it will stay bad - go to dr maybe he will have a script or something. maybe trim some hair. I found this quote on one of these websites: (Underarm hair holds sweat and can make the problem worse. If possible, shave your armpits to reduce the bacteria build-up.) also regarding food I read this : Diet control alone will not cure excessive sweating, but can help reduce it somewhat. Certain foods, such as onions, fish, garlic, and spicy foods like curry, can be smelled in the sweat. Try to reduce your intake of these types of foods
Apparently excessive sweating is called hyperhidrosis and here are some sites that have info on it for you - found them when I searched. There are definately prescription drugs for it but some of these list home remedies or herbs etc.... just be careful with herbs b.c a lot of them can have bad side effects so research them first. You may also want to try some astringent in those areas - I know there are ones for the face but check out the mens section of the pharmacy. I know menthol rubs and creams can keep other parts of the body cool - perhaps some kind of Vicks rub would keep the area cooler.

#1 Remedy -- APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Eve, from NYC, NY writes, "I cannot even begin to tell you what a God-send the concoction of Apple Cider Vinegar and raw, organic honey have been!! I had a surgery called a sympathectomy which left me with debilitating compensatory sweating (a common side-effect from this operation). I started taking 2 teaspoons of the vinegar along with 2 teaspoons of the honey 3X a day on an empty stomach (about half an hour away from meals or at bedtime) and within about a week my profuse sweating went away. I have also noticed the added benefit of it speeding up my metabolism. I feel like a normal person again! This stuff is just miraculous!"
7/15/2006: Rhythm from Indianapolis, IN writes, "After giving birth to my little girl 7 years ago, I developed a sweating disorder. I sweat constantly, even in the winter. I tried everything I even went to the dermatologist and got a prescription; but after discussing all of the possible side effects I preferred the sweat over possible kidney damage. I decided to try the creator's method and surf the net for natural remedies for excessive sweating. I found this wonderful site. ACV WORKS. I am more confident and happy that my land of lakes has finally dried up. Thank you earthclinic. I will keep this site as reference."
here is another website with some treatments.

it says antiperspirants with aluminum chloride are the best. I know you say u have tried them but I didn't know if you had looked for that specific ingredient in them.
TREATMENTS:
Topical-AntiPerspirants are the simplest treatment and usually the first most effective ingredient is aluminum chloride. Often works best for light to moderate hyperhidrosis.
-Over-the-counter products include Mitchum's, 5-Day, Certain-Dri

If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://bitly.com/CureYourExcessiveSweating
About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.

Exercise will only make you sweat more efficiently, i.e. you will perspire more profusely. I've heard that Botox works as a treatment option.

Frankly speaking, exercise and normal balanced living help people to smell better.
Of course as you exercise, you will sweat, and it takes time for exercise, diet, whatever to change your body.
