There's no set time and don't let peer pressure get you. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX FOR ANY REASON! There are too many young people on Maury Povich show with kids.
Remember also that when you sleep with someone, your literally now exposed to all of the possible STD's from ALL of the partners that the person your sleeping with has had. Be responsible and don't grow up to fast. Be smart.

NO it is not time! Don't do an adult act before you are "mentally" ready. And at age 15, honey, believe me...your not ready! A lot comes along with sex...mentally and physically! Just because it feels good doesn't mean that its good for you (at age 15). Many would argue with me! You only have one time, wait. I was 14 when I lost my virginity. Trust it from someone who has been there. Keep doing what your doing.
Added...Safe Sex means not having sex.
Safer Sex means protecting yourself while having sex.

If you are ready go for it. The best way is to be in a relationship first. It is sooo much better and meaningful and you won't feel guilty like you would if you were just hooking up with someone. TRUST me, if you love the person it will be the greatest thing in the world. If not it won't be special at all.
