They dont talk back!!! Just kidding I am 23 years old and I got 2 german shepards 1 cat 1 bird and a few dozen fish for now.I would not trade them for the world they are great company and for me when i am sad there always there and dont judge you.There like best friends but cant stab you in the back....lol...and why i got my pets is cause i took my dogs outta bad homes that i thought those people did not deserve to have any animals i dont think any animal should be abused in any sort of way.And my cat i got as my 23rd b-day gift (just wish she came fixed lol)

Because there is nothing like our pet to love us unconditionally. They do not judge us, gossip about us, think we are anything other than their best friend, no matter what we do to them. Sometimes I cry at the loyalty and love I have received from my beautiful pets. I wish I could be as good of a human being to my pets as they have been "pets" to me.

Their fun to play wit when your grounded and cats love chaseing strings and hitting their head on something and its funny. Dogs are just cool and help you out by barking if anyone and the yard. They can win you money at pet star. All around the just CUTE. And know you love them and they love you back

I LOVE pets. I now have two girl dogs. One's Mimi, a 2 years old Shih Tzu and another's Nini, a 7 month old Cocker Spaniel. They make me laugh any time of the day. Just seeing them close to me brings a smile to my face. :)

Because if you have a pet, you have someone to talk to... Like a friend or companion, someone to be with, to have fun with... People who have pets are really lucky...

because it is like loving your mom, dad, brother, or sister and it will never leave you it will love you no matter what and if you hurt it the pet will come right back and love you more than anything because it nows you love it to and hurting it was an accident

people like pets coz they are fun and loving and when you are in trouble they share your thoughts. pets are also a cute family member.

i have a parrot.when i am nervuos i just take him to my hands and he makes me calm down....i can talk with him just like with my friend but it is a lot better than a friend cuz the pet doesn't ask you a question what you wouldn't like to hear.
and when i come back home i am going to see my lovely,funny,beautifull parrot because i love him so much...! =D
