Just curious. Would you rather be with a guy who is sensitive to your needs, trys to talk out problems, does little things like opening car doors and giving you his jacket when your cold but he's a bit sensitive.

Or would you rather be with a guy who's into sports or cars or his band and has little interest in you except for when he wants you around for something specific? The rest of the time you don't really seem to exist.

I'm trying to settle a bet with my friend here....

Erina- Sensitive can mean moody but still has a good sense of humor

and i agree the band guy CAN be attentive, but those types are very rare in my experience.

Niccy: Hey, wow. Wasn't it you who said not to drag our realtionhip online? How hypocritical of you.
This question has NOTHING to do with you.
Look, you ended things, so why dont you leave my questions alone? K, thanks.
Good luck finding someone who will put up with your attitude.

I prefer to be with a man that is sensitive to my needs and who loves and respects me for who I'm and shows it to me like I show to him in return.
Love, respect and trust are the three things that lay a strong foundation in a loving relationship and make people grow closer together and work hard together to keep their relationship going and they try to talk through all their problems and differences.
I'm lucky and I'm in a loving relationship with a warm, loving, caring and sensitive man and we are still growing closer together.
If I would be again with a man who is more concerned with his sports cars or his band and only interested in me when he has to show me off or needs me for something specific I feel like I'm an object or some toy that he can get in and out of his closet whenever needed and throw back in when he's done. I have been there long ago and I don't want that ever again.

I don't know, it depends what you mean by sensitive...there's sensitive to the girls needs, and then there's just sensitive in general (like, a guy who gets his feelings hurt easily, is crushed if you don't call him, and is attentive to the girls needs but gets overwhelmed easily, may have sexually difficulties, etc.). Most girls want the former, but I would definitely NOT want the latter. So, if it's a choice between a guy who is very attentive but who you can't joke around with, and a guy who is kind of selfish but you're free to act like yourself around, I would choose the selfish guy. (And, for the record, a guy being into 'guy' stuff like sports and cars and bands doesn't mean that he can't be attentive to a girl).

I was into sports so I guess I will go for the second guy who is also attentive . Not just that , I will get time for other activities and will not have to explain the guy every time that their are other things also which needs time and attention as he will be doing the same.
It will be still easier to mould the second guy to have some traits of the first guy but it will be difficult to make first guy another Micheal S/Beckham/Jidane/Sachin etc.

The sensitive one! I don't want him to be a big punk, but being sweet is the greatest thing.
