There is a small pin-hole in your CD drive in the front panel. This is for emergency cases like now you are facing. All you need to do is get a pin, insert it in the Pin-hole and the CD tray will come out eith the CD

Most cd drives have a little hole in the front (not the headphone jack) for manually opening the tray. Straighten out a paper clip or the wire handle from a chinese take-out box and insert into the hole. When you feel a little resistance gently but firmly keep pushing and the tray should open.

edit. I type too slow.

There's usually a small pinhole on the front of most cd drives for that exact same situation. I know there's actually a tool for it, but usually a straightened-out paper clip will also do the job.

Just push it in the hole, which should hopefully release the drive.

If the "pin in the pinhole" strategy doesn't work, remove the drive from the case, give it a couple of very gentle taps and try it again. Perhaps the cd has been displaced inside and is obstructing the tray's path.

Yes like the previous answer, you will find a pin-hole on the front panel of the CD-Rom Drive. use a Paper clip (Unfolded) and inster it slowly, the tray will pop-out manually. make sure ur PC is vertically placed befor doing this. Change your CD-Rome drive if this keeps happenning. If you ned further clarification please contact me during anytime.

In case the "pin-in-the-pin-hole" technique doesn't work, try right-clicking on the drive icon in My Computer (if you're using windows) then select Eject. In case that doesn't work either, open the casing, remove the CD Drive, & open it with a screw-driver.

You need a very thin long pin, just below you dvd drive you will see a small hole, put the long pin into this and it will open the draw, just make sure it's long enough.

The paper clip always works for me. It happened so often I ended up taking it to the guy who built my computer and had a new one installed. It's frustrating.
