Man, sorry to hear that. I broke my wrist 4 and a half months ago. It was very painful. Difficult to exercise without pain and discomfort. Try to do a little every day and when you get better, you will have less time to get back to normal. Don't over do it, you could re-injure the broken leg. Seriously, it won't take much to injure a broken bone while it is healing. Once scar tissue has formed around the break, it is difficult to injure, but until then, take it slow.

And, always listen to what your doc says!

Good luck. May your leg heal quickly!

I feel your pain, I have 2 broken legs from a motocross accident. My wife bought me 2 30lb. dumbbells and I sit at the computer and curl all day. I also breath real fast to get my heart rate up. Not sure if any of this helps, but it sure makes me feel like I am at least trying. Correction: I curl those weights as much as I can. I go till I get tired, rest, and do it again. I tried to do push ups, then I had to wait 2 hours for my wife to get home to help me up! Hope you have a good recovery! I get my cast off in 2 weeks and believe me, I am gona enjoy the rest of the summer! (unless I need rehab)

Video games is your new best friend. Have fun. Try RAW vs. Smackdown.
