I want to know why i am so important for the company

I am the face of my company because wherever I go that's related to our business, I represent the company I work for. I am the face of our company because I talk and do business with other companies on behalf of the company I work for. I am the face of our company because I work for it with pride and distinction as I see a good future for myself in our company. :)

I represent the company to the outside world. My behavior tells how the company treats its employees. So I am the face of my company.
I am important to my company, because, I contribute towards the growth of the company using my skills.
