Well, once I sit on my desk its never ending... It's alright for me to just look at the computer the whole day and night even without food. Teehee... I'm so addicted and sometimes I'm thinking maybe I need to go somewhere where there is no computer or elctronic things at all to have some rest.

HELP!!!

Learn about computers and get a job in one of the many feilds out there. You'll eventually get sick of them...
This area is really being studied right now. I'll give you my learned perspective on it. The internet is really creating a second world for people. It is possible to live an almost complete life without ever having to leave home.
Make sure you don't neglect your body though. People have died because the internet pulled them in and didn't let go long enough for them to eat or drink. Get out and get some exercise every one in a while. Get out of your home and try new things and interact with other people face-to-face.
The key is to have the willpower to step away from the computer every once in a while and to live a complete, balanced life. I probably spend 6 hours a day in front of a monitor, which will probably jump up to 14+ hours soon, and I live a decent life.
Feel free to contact me if you think you have a serious addiction and need some help pulling away.

Put the computer away for a week and promise yourself you won't take it back out. Once you get used to life without a computer, you can return to using it, but it won't control you so much because you'll have other things to do that you've discovered when you were on hiatus.
