if someone needs to see a Dermatoligist but has no insurance how much will they end up paying in cash.?

this person need to be seen for skin irratation.. maybe eczema

they had tried all those over the counter stuff like hydrocortison ... moisturizer etc. but they dont seem to work. we need something stronger i guess

Depends on the doctor. Some of them charge an arm and a leg for the simplest procedures. Have them save some cash, and go buy some Aveeno products. They're natural, and work really well for eczema. You can find them at your local grocery, drugstore, or a chain store such as Target or Walmart.
