What can i use instead of proactiv? what about a gentle scrub or mask? i dont know !!!! help!!!!

Try the Mint Julep mask by Queen Helene...best mask I've ever used! Also, yes you can use a gentle scrub. I like aveeno's daily face scrub...just make sure you rub it in very very gently. Wash your face every morning and night and if you can...it is important to try to at least wipe your face or wash it after sweating vigorously!
You can also get rid of blackheads by leaning your head over the sink with a towel over your head and letting the steam open your pores. Then use a towel or a blackhead remover (available at walgreens) to squeeze them out. Make sure you wash again after and absolutely use cold water when you're done! It closes the pores. You can also use an astrigent when you're done. I like Clean N Clear.

I really like that St. Ives exfoliating scrub. I think it's made with peach pits. And it's super cheap. Also, lemon juice helps to dry up zits. Good luck.

It is called Millea I think I Have the same thing!! Go to sephora.com and take thier skin test. They have products and ADVICE. I like DDF prods for it. But seriously check them out on sephora.com

u could try these
honey n oatmeal
lemon juice
coriander leaves made into paste
coconut water
egg yolk -beat it well n apply with cotton
papaya - mash it well n apply
there r lots n lots of natural remedies......try them for a month continuously n u'll c wonderful results
