as of today, the parkpass is $9.-- for just one adult, if there are more people in the car (up to 12) it is $18.--. those are the prizes for a daypass. you can get multiple day passes, monthly or year pass.
By the way, a parkpass is good for all parks in canada.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no fee and it is near Calgary - NOT Edmonton.
Jasper is near Edmonton.
