Sure, Re-hab will take your money ! smoking pot is a serious offense ! YOU'LL GO PSYCHO ! Drinking alcohol is O.K. BECAUSE IT"S LEGAL, and instead of sitting there in a room giggling with your friends for an hour you can.

get a D.W.I.
not got to work the next day
Vomit ( a lot)
hurt yourself, or worse OTHERS !
smell like a bar rag
act like a jerk
not rember what you did the night before
get nasty and argue about pointless things
tell everyone "How you really feel about them" !
Everyone will LOVE you after you drink, including the bar tender that you forgot to tip.

Yes, you can. They send people to prison for it if they have lots of it too, so why not rehab or treatment?

They say THC isn't physically addicting. It's more of a psychological addiction, so why not?

This depends upon several factors:
your jurisdiction's tollerance level

the judge's mood at the time of sentencing

the procecuter's mood at the time of your hearing

your attitude at the time of the arrest and in court

the quality of your lawyer and his ability to win cases, which depends on your ability to pay for legal services, as money is the root of all success in legal matters
