The Library of Congress is Huge; but the CEO Executive Librarian Has the functional role of a figure head. Highly paid employees operation internally. The Ceo Is Granted a Nice Studio Office and has His secretary at a front office. His private secretary is accessable only via his office and not from the front office. He or any other of his position has never been known to pull or put a book on or off a shelf. Like said, figurehead and now even empowered with censorship funding.

Since this Job is more then a Simply Librarian, I think you should do a little research on what the Job entails.

I attached an organizational chart that may help you understand why there may be 2 secretary's for this man's position. Personally, I don't think 2 is enough for the scope of work he has.

I would imagine one secretary is for General Business and the other is for congressional business. More like an executive assistant.
