Sounds fake. Especially since Switzerland does not use Euro's, but still the Swiss Franc...

that's a scam. i'm getting an mind-blowing form of those; you by some skill have come into an mind-blowing form of money, although this is going to cost you some money to get it. yet you will on no account get it. that's a scam. A ineffective giveaway is the actuality which you on no account entered the lottery. We used to have greater low tech variations of this; "you merely would desire to purchase considered one of our $500 products to qualify for the main prize you have already gained, it ought to be $50,000 or a clean Cadillac." those scams have given upward push to a clean game, scam-baiting. contributors respond to the scammer's e mail by pretending interest and enter into correspondence. the purpose is to waste the scammer's time and shrink the form of people they are able to tear-off; get recommendations to pass directly to the police; embarrass the scammer; and amuse the scam-baiter.

Sorry, but it's got scam written all over it - and obviously others have received the email too:
http://www.joewein.de/sw/419-swiss-lotto.htm
It's another variation of the classic Nigerian 419 scam.
