This may be normal for you..everyone is different.
Have to take into consideration some things here..if it has been a hot day and you have not drank much water then you may be dehydrated and hence the low BP
If you get dizzy easy and/or feel light headed upon standing up too fast then you may have a BP that can cause you difficulty to function. Get it checked up on...it may be nothing to worry about :)

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

My blood pressure used to be about 95/68 pretty consistent. Then it shot up about 151/115. I knew that I felt like crap, but didn't know why. If your blood pressure is always in that range then that is normal for you. The mythical perfect blood pressure is 120/70. I know my doctor says the low pressure is normal for me. I have to take meds now. I'm working on my weight and exercises. He says if I can get back to my normal weight, then we can try to get off meds.

Well! actually the normal BP according to doctor's should be 120/80. If in ur case it is 95/55 then it is a case of low BP. I would advice you to see a doc. immediately as it could be bad for health. (Also start taking some extra sugar in diet till it reaches normal only on doctors advice).
