Ive been 5"10 for almost 2 years now and im starting to think that im not gonna grow anymore. Im 16 at the moment annd i think the reason why i havent grown is cuz of footballl. We lift weights and one of the main exercises we do is squats. Last year when i was a freshman in highschool we did them 4 days out of the 5. Is that the reason why or what??

you might grow later though, sorry but doing squats that much does stunt your growth, u might grow when you are a few years older, im a football player and the coaches tell people. Benching, squating are the worst ones try to ease up on those.

I was 6-4 when I was 18. I'm 6-4 at 26. You may hit another spurt around 18 then again at around 21. Dennis rodman that played for the Bulls was 5-10 when he was 22 years old. Now he is 6-9. Scottie pippen was 6-2 in his first year of college. he ended up being 6-7. You just have to wait it out man. your young still. you have plenty of time to grow.....good luck.
