i need help how is there a way for me to see my ex and let him know how im feeling its like i never had the chance to let him know exactly whats hurting me and killing me inside how can i do that how can i get him to listen to me it hurts me so much especially because i lost it to him i gave my self to him he was my first everything and its kiling me that he doesnt knw how i feel and all i want is for him to know how i feel but i dont know how to make that happend i want to tell him face to face but how should i tell him i want to see him?(onece in awile we talk)because its hurting me especially because i still love him

nahhh... he doesnt deserve ur love ,girl... all u have to do is forget him before it get worse .. u already cried so much,, obviously he doesnt care anymore about ur feelings...

Listen, i know you will do what you will do, but you ask for advise, please, please, dont chase him, or try to tell him all those feelings, , i know you want him to know how you feel, but it wont work the way you want it to,
It will be disasterous,
he broke lup with you.
you have to let go, (or let lhim think you let go)
it is more importand for YOU to understand,
not be understood,
It is more importand for you to let go,, don't act "NEEDY"\
if you act needy, sad, insist on telliing lhim how lyou feel,
it will have and ALLERGIC REACTION" he won't fall in to your arms or bed, (well he might the bed) but you will be sorry afterwards..
US FEMALES ALWAYS want to open our "sensitive hearts" to those we love, or have loved , and it seems that part of the curse of a broken heart is that you actually feel the need to open up your heart and spill the love,,
It does not come out good, and you will only turn him off more, and reinforce the reason he is not with you
The best thing to do is to Live well, be pleasant, and he cn not know that you are obsessed with him and what you want him to know,,

look just set down with him and tell him how you feel about yall problem and make sure yall have a understanding. Yall can become friends just because yall broke up do not mean yall have to hate each other

hey hun....i know it must be killing u at this point and nothing i say could make it go away...i've bin in ur position and i can relate to u....when i was 16...fell in love with a guy who i lost it with but he didnt seem like he cared after 8months of wonderful memories...it took me alot of courage,support from my friends and alot of self-esteem to get back to a normal happy life...specially because your very fragile at the moment...you probably feel like its ur fault he left and what not...but the truth is he will MOST likely never find a person like u and he must be one hell of a dumbass to let go so easily....if u try to talk to him about ur emotions he probably shut u down or reject u....so try to make it as clear as possible the way u feel...maybe write an e-mail or a letter?? or if u want u can meet him in person and explain to him the way u feel...if he turns out to be an AZZ n rejects u just forget him and move on...Because u mite not believe me now but TIME does heal every wound....it took me a good 6months to get over that dude in the past and i have learnt a big lesson about men from that experience so dont take this as a bad thing...take it as a good one and learn from it...next time u will be more aware of pickin ur men...rather then them pickin u....as for me...i found a wonderful guy after a year of the incident and still with him 4years in runing...engaged and happy..so sweety i just want u to be strong and u will find happiness...just be single for awhile enjoy ur time wid ur gurlz n frendz...and da rite guy will come along...fate has its own way of workin out...spend alot of time keeping ur self busy and think as less of him as u can...soon enuff u will not feel anythin for him....and u will be laffin at all of dis in 2years time...take care and i hope i helped a lil........

i wouldn't contact him. if it's been 4 months, he really doesn't want to date you, i'm sorry. you should write down all of your feelings, on paper, in a private blog etc, just vent, and get it all out. that usually helps me.
