if the pretty lady don't complain, i will not interfere...however if she shouted or slapped that guy, i will start to laugh at that guy.. but if he's violently molesting her, i will start to beat him up.

Whether a guy molests a pretty lady or ugly lady i will try everything i can to help her. If i could id try kick the guy in the balls more than once!

The safest approach would be to call the police.
If I'm a risk taker, call the police and continue to observe the situation before making a risky but necessary move.
After the the first and second phases. I might pretend I'm drunk while walking towards the perv and the lady, pretend to kneel baecause I'm puking my guts outs....then swiftly break the pervs balls using my entire arm as a baseball bat.
