Yup. Yahoo is using pop3 mail server.
Incoming mail server: pop.mail.yahoo.com.sg
Outgoing Mail server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com.sg
Remember to check the"Requires Authentication for Outgoing server under "Advance" i think

To use POP3 on Yahoo email, you have to have a paying account, not the free email. Go into your Yahoo email account, click on Options, then look on the right hand side of the screen, POP access is listed under Mail Plus.

You have to pay yahoo for POP access via Outlook Express. Another option is to get a program called YPOP at http://www.ypopsemail.com and then it will allow you to use POP service from yahoo for free.
