Extraversion and introversion are personality categories and tendencies. Of course we aren't always "typically" one or the other. There is no problem if one can't reliably "categorize" himself/herself, it may only mean he/she is more flexible than more typically/reliably introverted or extroverted people.

People are more dynamic than personality typologies can predict, and there are more factors behind how we act (the environment/situation: who we're with, what we think is appropriate given the circumstances) than an individual personality. Also, there are even more personality dynamics at work other than the introversion/extraversion spectrum.

Definitely, Sometimes we are very quiet and sometimes we are very active. It actually depends on the enviroment tt we are in. And everybody have two faces to their character and it is which is the more domainant over the others.
It is a mentality problem as different ppl have different defination in intro and extro so it is very hard to address this problem.

People are in or ex depending upon the circumstance. I think they're talking about overall tendencies, however. I tend to run about half and half according to those tests.
