ok, i think israel is so right of what they are doing, they are defending themselves. how can some people support the muslim after what they've done to USA. (Twin Towers, etc) To Israel, all those suicide guys who kill themselves just to kill jewsh people, they don't care if they are kids, woman or man. every time we (Israel) have to deal with those atacks, we can't take the bus, go to the malls, go clubing, go out to eat something because you don't know if you are the next victim of the Islamic Terrorists. israel is striking strategic points, not like the hezbola who's striking whatever they reach... please think by yourseves, don't let the media decide for YOU!!!

I can agree with you and can see Israel point. What is happening now is NOT terrorism from the Israelis. They are actually defending everyones freedom (and freedom of speech) in the long run as well. Hezbollah doesn't just want Israel to be annihilated but would like to see all of Israels allies as well taken off the map and that includes US as an Americans. This is why for them (the Israelis) are defending their right to live. BTW not all Israelis are JEWS. Israel is a state. The Israelites as a people are scattered around the globe. These people now have no choice but to take out terrorism at its root.

If Hezbollah were to succeed, America could be next. Think on this. At this point it doesn't matter with this who controlls whom but who will get annihilated first. Then they (Hezbollah and otherer terrorists) will come for seconds on the kill.

Before 1948, Israel didn't exist, and only came into existence after taking away Palestine by force, need I say more as to why I HATE Israel?
And those people that were killed by the so-called "Suicide bombers" do not even equal 1/15 of the amount of Palestinians that were killed by the Israeli's
If you support Israel, enjoy this fake pleasure, because it won't be long before you die and face the truth and realize that you were one of the disillusioned (and suffer great pain)
and btw, live by your advice , "don't let the media decide for YOU!!!", before you advise others

As a Mormon I don't like war, but if you are not guilty of the first attack, you have the right to defend yourselves. I believe the country of Israel has a right to exist. I believe that the Jewish people in Israel and outside of Israel have an extremely important role to play in the history of the world - and they always have - and it will continue to be important for them to continue to develop their leadership characteristics. If they cannot mollify or disarm the Muslim terrorists with prayer and friendly diplomacy, they are justified in defending their families from attacks. I will use a reference from the Book of Mormon so you can see where my point of view comes from:
"And they were doing that which they felt was the duty which they owed to their God; for the Lord had said unto them, and also unto their fathers, that: Inasmuch as ye are not guilty of the first offense, neither the second, ye shall not suffer yourselves to be slain by the hands of your enemies. And again, the Lord has said that: Ye shall defend your families even unto bloodshed. Therefore for this cause were the Nephites contending with the Lamanites, to defend themselves, and their families, and their lands, their country, and their rights, and their religion."
You could substitute the Jews/Israelis (since there are also other religious persuasions in Israel) for the word "Nephites" and those who are antagonistic toward Israel for "Lamanites" and the same principle would apply. By the way, the Lamanites were not confined to the city of Lamanai in Belize - they ended up taking most of the territory of South America and later on North America as well, in my opinion.

I'm totally against Israel and its policy in the region!!!
If anyone says that israel is defending itself is totaly mistaken!

First of all there is a BIG difference between Hezbolla and other extreme "Islamic" movements like Al-Qaida (by the way they do not represent the Islamic people and what they thinking!) cause hezbolla are freedom fighters, they r just fighting against the occupation of the israeli forces to some of the lebanese land!

And when israel are making all these crimes right now against humanity and against children and civillians, it did all that because two of its soldiers wrere kidnapped by hezbollah!
While there r hundreds of lebanese prisoners at israel!!!
are the two israeli soldiers better than the hundreds of lebanese freedom fighters?!!!! i dont think thas fair!!!!

did anyone see the latest israeli massacare at Qana?!!! if u didnt go and check for urself and who the real terrorists are!!

Sadly, there are still people who will sympathize with the terrorists and insist that Israel is in the wrong. :( I support Israel all the way, because I see what they are doing - they are defending themselves against their racist neighbours. I know for a fact that the occupation of palestine and the constant warfare is unpopular with the Israeli people. It isn't something they do just to bully other people, they do it out of necessity.

I am most definitely not pro-Israel in the greater scheme of world politics, but in this case I agree with their methods for crushing Hezbollah, who are nothing but a bunch of sadistic terrorists. Enough of the bullshit "surgical strikes." I figure they pretty much asked for it by crosssing an international border into Israel, so like the bear caught in the trap, don't just take the paw, lop off his testicles while you're at it.

I am not pro or against, but what about the innocent civilians in Lebanon who have to bear the brunt of Israel air strikes? What about all the children who died in that building yesterday? Why destroy a country so bad, that they hardly have any infrastructure left?

Tell me, how can you NOT have compassion for the Lebanese people who have nothing to do with the Hizbullah? How can you do this to your own neighbour?

Let peace avail and stop claiming innocent.

I support Israel's right to exist and the right to defend their borders. God gave a commandment concerning the support of Israel.

Genesis 12:2-3 2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."

For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet, till her righteousness shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch.” Isaiah 62:1
