They are probably Nigerian scams or scams coming from Nigerians in the United Kingdom. Stay far away from them. They are extremely organized and out to take you for anything they can get. The police over there are extremely limited and unable to track this stuff down. If it were really coming from a law office, they would send you a letter with proof. Sometimes their spelling or grammar has obvious errors, by the way. If real law offices had even one error, I would be skeptical, as most of them make an effort to be error-free.

dont believe it they are just people out to get your personal details and you dont know what those people have in mind to do with them! never give out personal info over the internet....people can hack in and see what you are writing...you never know who may be getting those details. An as other people have said....you would recieve an official letter if it was true!!

and anyway wouldnt ur parents/siblings be next in kin if they were older than you?

you delete it and wait for official confirmation from a solicitor or something (which probably won't come by the way).
Its a scam.

I get those "emails" too!! They are considered "Junk Mails" or "Spam." Just disregard them. Press the "Spam" button in your Yahoo email.
