Well, I can think of two possible reasons:
1. you might be squeezing too hard and damage some healthy tissue surrounding this blackhead,
2. You might have unclean hands, which in turn can re-introduce some bacteria to the area, causing again an inflammation.

its simply because when you get rid of blackheads some wite thingy will splurge out of your face. This will cause an infection that further causes pimples. To get rid of this problem consult a professional dermatologist to remove your blackheads without the pimples. It's really affordable and really relaxing. Try it!

I found that anti-pimple stuff actually gave me pimples. The best method I found was to wash with anti-bateria soap (the light brown stuff).
