If you have a cheap shower curtain liner (like the kind you can buy at Dollar Tree), I would just trash the yucky one and put a fresh one on.
If you are referring to a special type of shower curtain, I would check the washing instructions, that should be tucked into the fabric somewhere. Most shower curtains can be washed -- even the vinyl ones -- but I wouldn't dry a vinyl shower curtain in the dryer.

A fabric shower curtain will fair well in the washing machine. A nylon or plastic shower curtain should simply be replaced, they sell them at dollar stores for a dollar. Best wishes

depends if its a cheap plastic or better quality that can be washed
in machine on a gentle cycle. By keeping the curtain pulled out it will dry better and not get mildew,,fill a spray bottle with some disinfectant and water then spray it from time to time .will save you ever having to wash it ., Or their is a lovely product on the market ,a vanilla fridge wipe deodorizer spray.

if the shower curtain is plastic you can throw it into the washer under gentle wash...hang it immediately afterward while it's still warm so the wrinkles will fall out. Make the pleats stronger with your hands.

You can wash it in the machine, but make sure you use COLD water and the GENTLE cycle... otherwise it will warp or rip. Also, if you spray it down with "scrubbing bubbles" cleaner, that will get rid of all the soap scum

it depends on what kind it is. like is it plastic or material of some sort. if its material.. i think if u put i on the lowest setting on the washer with a little detergent it might work. and hang dry i wouldnt put it in the dryer at all. but if its plastic i would say warm water and a rag with a little soap would do the trick.

You can wash it in hot water with regular detergent, it comes very clean. Remove promptly and hang up to dry.
