The beginning is a long instrumental segment, and at first it sounds kinda like something that you'd hear in a Dracula movie. And then it gets upbeat, and it's something like "Love that feeling in my hand"

Ring a bell with anyone?

Sorry, no bells ringing. Thought I knew Elton's work, guess not as well as I thought. I found a site with everything Elton ever did listed on it. I will look for it, if I find it, I will come back here and tell you.
Elton is famous for his dirge's, just don't know one with vampire music.
Funeral for a Friend is probably right, but here is the site anyway,eltonography.com

I think the song you are referring to is Funeral for a Friend By Elton John
but the line actually says And love lies bleeding in my hand.
