What is the scope of working in an export copnay as a web devloper?

i have been working in an export compnay as a websdevloper having mca. it is a cool job,without any tension should i join a software compnay for my good future.

Boss, with an MCA, you are working with an Export Company as a web developer? You are in a spiders web. Growth will be very less for you.

All MNCs are looking for MCAs. So change your job. I would advise you to learn some new tools of trade like Flash programming if you would like to continue in that line. Otherwise, learn any ERP System like SAP, Siebel, Oracle Apps.

Go for certification in your skillset like Sun Java Certification, if you know Java. It helps you.
