Okay, here's a list (in no particular order...)
Reliablity -- he does what he says he will do when he says he will do it.
Good kisser
Nice eyes -- as well as good genes.
Good sense of humor (no one wants to spend her life with someone who can't make her laugh and laugh with her)
Good communication
Every woman wants a man who makes her feel secure and safe when she is with him. (Security comes in many forms -- physical, financial, relational)
One thing I learned during my single days -- what I thought I wanted turned out to not be what was most important. What I found in my husband far surpasses it all!

some unique or even eccentric quality, sense of humor, an attraction to them (not necessarily looks but something - in the way he looks at the world or takes things in), passion when he speaks about things and people he cares about, depth, sensitive, fun, confident, compassionate, empathetic but tough - a good spirit and soul - someone who makes me feel safe and loved and like one of a kind and special - someone who makes you know they love you just in the way they look at you and touch you.
