what I will suggest is , there are 2 ways ,,,

1. you can take the direct train as ajmer express.
2. take the samprak kranti exp. from yastwantpur station and get down at agra , and then you can go to ajmer , by this way you can save your some 5-6 hrs.

Total it will take some 45-46 hrs to go in generally.

For delhi , the best is the second option, it is awesome the train will stop only 6-7 place in between bangalore to delhi. :)

From ajmer - delhi you can take any train, that is the main path :)

Ajmer Express, Train No. 6510, Runs only on Tuesday and Thursday,
Start at 11.45 PM in night and reaches after three days at Ajmer in midnight.

Bangalore to Ajmer its 45hrs journey. From Ajmer to Delhi its about 9.30 hrs. journey. Bangalore to Ajmer, direct train on Tuesday and Thursday and from Ajmer to Delhi direct trains daily.
