Should promiscuous women who keep getting pregnant and having abortions have their clitoris removed?

Should people who want to do harm against American citizens that LEGALLY can have an abortion, have their fingers cut off and their tongues cut out for protesting againt LEGAL things allowed in the USA?

In the US, Doctors actually cannot legally perform a clitorectomy, because it has no surgical benefit to the patient, and violates the hyppocratic oath. Why would you want to anyway? All it does is stop sexual stimulations. A lot of women who are promiscuous do it for the feeling of acceptance they get from the man, or for money.
Perhaps a tubal ligation would be more effective, since these cut the tube between the ovaries and the uterus, and are designed to prevent further pregnancies. That would be more effective at stopping future pregnancies, and it would also be significantly less painful.
Now, what makes a woman "promiscuous?" Is there a certain number of men? like 14 men is not promiscuous, but if she's done a fifteenth, she is? How many abortions are too many? 2? 5? 300? If you're going to put something like this out as a possible new law, you'll need numbers... Or you could let the lady choose. I'd imagine that the government would rather pay for a tubal ligation than deal with welfare for the children, but I don't think they can legislate a definition for promiscuous, or "too many abortions" There are a lot of people who think 1 abortion is too many, and others say aboring every fetus in the world wouldn't be enough...
I myself am not too pleased with abortions, but then again, if everyone for the next 50 years aborted all their fetuses, we'd have a lot less war, urban sprawl, and overpopulation by the turn of the century.

Are you CRAZY?? should the men that knock them up have the head of their dick cut off????? HUMMmmmmm sounds like a good idea!!!! Females are NO more promiscuous than men!! I for one!! DO NOT KNOW OF ANY female that gets pregnant and has an abortion for the fun of it!! AND if they do it is THEIR BUSINESS!!! SO butt OUT!!

It's also not necessarily their business (and only theirs) the male needs a say in it and oh......I don't know, maybe someone should think of the BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know how many times I've said this but, all forms of contraception should be available to all and for free so we don't have to talk about this!
