Acceptable to who may I ask? I for one do not accept either one. But if thats what you do , thats between you and God, not me.

Think about it for a minute. What porn sells better, two women, or two guys together. There are more straight guys that buy lesbian porn then lesbians. It's just that two guys is more of a turn off than a turn on to most people.

I stepped in something! I don't know. I believe it's the women talking about the guy's that starts all the rumors. And then the guy's get paranoid,at showing attention towards each other. The gals just won't accept or deal with anyone who steps on what they think is their God giving duty.

Jess, I have a tendency to accept as true with the different solutions. From the Southern area of the country, maximum lesbians discover it better accessible to 'come out' than gay adult males. commonly speaking, that is assumed that heterosexual adult males are better liking of lesbians and many have fantasies of having sex with lesbians. Social stigmas make it significantly better troublesome for us gay adult males to be "out" and open. i imagine the different answer'er did a superb pastime of explaining that society seems as a lesbian in a pair "stepping up" and a gay guy in a pair as "stepping down." wish this helps. Oh yea, thanks for letting us recognize that you aren't any further a lesbian - that develop into an major area of your question!

Two reasons really. For women it isn't as likely to out them. Society mandates that it isn't ok for guys to show emotion or hug or anything, so when they do it is assumed that they are gay.
And as many here have already mentioned, guys think that two women or a threesome is hot.

I suspect that it is because of the way that some straight men view sex. Some see women as objects of conquest; to be hunted, captured and (depending on the man) dominated. I have to imagine that being the OBJECT of such thoughts (or so they perceive) is a threat.

For the most part, hot lesbians aren't really lesbians, they are girls having fun and they know it excites guys. True lesbians are usually kinda manly and hate men (ironic huh?) I have a gay male friend and we talk about it all the time.

Because our society is still largely controlled and influenced by straight men who don't mind seeing two women engaged in sexual acts because they are attracted to women but don't want to think about two men engaged in sexual acts because it's not what they're interested in and they don't want any sort of inkling of finding sex with men appealing so they reject it completely.

depends on who you are
get the religious freaks in here and they say a SIN
get horny perverted men and they think its a opportunity for them to get laid.
yeah right
we see men as a strong hold to society and when there dressiing in womens clothes and dancing with rainbows that seems to really hurt the EGO for straight men.
i dont have a problem with it
