Mentally challenged people have great capacity for forgiveness. They will not remember them even if you tell him. However as i do not know much about your brother, I will still advise you not to tell. If you feel bad, write a letter to your brother on your misdeeds and after that just burn it. It is therapeutic.

I'm glad that you are responsible and know right from wrong.
Talking about repressed emotions is a very good form of therapy.
I don't think you should tell your family, now.
You have a conscience and may end up being a decent person after all.

This question should be in mental health, not fashion and accessories. How would your brother not already know what you did? Tell a therapist first. In the meantime don't bring it up.

i guess you were young when you did those deed and well........... at that time it was fun for you, wasn't it but as you grow older, you come to realize that he is after all your brother, be it normal or mentall challenged...
leave it as it as its in the past..... maybe its you, who is feeling the guilt now..... but you must have been young, don't tell me you were still at it when you were above 12.
he won't understand..... one day at a time.

No, theres no reason to tell anyone about that -- it will only make you and other people feel bad. Leave whats in the past in the past where it belongs.
