Depends what you want the car for. If you want luxury, the saab and the audi would be better. If you want a super reliable car that will probably make it up to 300k miles, thent he camry. Even if you don't drive the car that long, the camry will have the best resale value. Only problem with the camry is it's boring. The 2 mazdas are ok, not as reliable as the camry but more than the audi or saab, plus it's the cheapest out of the cars you listed. The saab has the worst reliability out of the ones you listed followed by the audi, though audi's problems are mostly electronics related. The engine itself is great.

The Camry has theft rates nearly as high as Escalades: there is such a huge demand for parts since it's such a common car. Don't get a Camry if you live in a 'rough' neighborhood.
Saab's are nice, but they can be expensive to maintain.
Audi is a really nice car and they aren't that common so you won't see the same car in your neighbors' driveway.
The Mazda 3 and 6 are okay, but I personally didn't like the way they handled when I did a test drive. If you go with the Mazda, I think the 6 looks cooler.
