I USE RAID SURFACE SPRAY AND SPRAY IT AROUND THE FOUNDATION OF MY HOUSE AND ALONG THE DOORS AND WINDOW SILLS AND IN THE GARAGE, MINE IS ATTACHED. ANYWHERE THEY CAN GET IN. IT WILL LOOK WET FOR AWHILE AND SMELL BUT DRIES, STOPS SMELLING AND KEEPS WORKING A LONG TIME. THE BUGS CRAWL OVER IT AND GET DEAD! IF I SEE A WEB I GIVE IT A LITTLE EXTRA ATTENTION. I DO THAT A COUPLE TIMES A YEAR WHEN I CAN BE GONE FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

Where we live we get Black Widows and Wolf spiders by the 100's. Oh yeah, and the brown recluse which can rot your skin off.

Wolf spiders have no webs and have to be killed on a spider by spider basis. We had one the size of a fist running around our house...I nearly lost consciousness from fear...j/k. And black widows pretty much have to be stomped on as sprays don't seem to phase them. As far as other misc spiders you can buy stuff at Wal-Mart to spray the perimeter of your house as well as the inside along the baseboards.

Good luck, I hate spiders.

P.S. Do a search online for spider traps because I just remembered these things that you set around your house and they attract all kinds of spiders and then trap them or kill them.

When i find a spider I spray it to death with anything and then leave it there until my boyfriend comes home. Or I cover the big ones with a cup do they can't go anywhere until he gets home. Other than that - home depot sells all bug sprays and things for bugs and to protect them from coming in. Just make sure you spray it on edges of everything - under radiators, by screen doors and windows and near dishwasher - i read they love these places. ok now i am itchy thinking they are crawling on me. ahhhhh

Black jack is the best brand of insect killer, for sprays. Decon and other talcs are also strong and effective on most pest. if that doesnt work, you can always try an electric pulse machines.

if you spray a pesticide like malathion or diazanon onto your foundation it will prevent the entry or egress of any insects for about 3 month. it greatly reduces any bug problems, except flying bugs.
