i was told you can find it on the bike.

if you think it is under teh seat....how do i get the seat off???

Yes, behind the left chrome cover under front portion of seat. Pull on front section of cover by the fuel petcock/shutoff valve.There are two clips, one on top & one on the bottom. The back has a hinge. To put back in place set on back hinge & push back into place, it will snap into place, Manual is in ziplock case at back toolpouch in front. Toolpouch can be tempermental to fit back in. You may have to repack a couple of times to fit back in. I have the same bike purple! Great bike, 41,000k problem free!

Look under the seat. Some Hondas have a tray that holds the battery, tool kit and owners manual.

I believe there is a plastic cover on one side of the bike just below the seat. Remove this and there is a small compartment with the tool kit and manual.

Remove the 2 bolts attaching the seat strap and hit the seat on the hump backwards.

Is there some type of glove compartment or hidden storage area like under the seat. I have no clue honestly. Sorry.
