I just saw the news and they said she was not guilty for reasons of insanity. Do you agree? I personally do not think she is crazy. If you think she is innocent tell us why, plz.

I think she is guilty, I have 3 children and as frustrating as they are I could never think of hurting them. I think she used insanity as an excuse all she had to do was talk to her husband or someone, she knew she was having those thoughts and she was to selfish to open her mouth. It's such a sad story.

You would have to be insane to kill ur children! But she is guilty even if she is insane. But why would a insane person call her husband and tell him she killed their children? I hope she rots in prison.

If Andrea Yates was put to death, what would that accomplish? She's already trying to commit suicide, and I don't think her family wants her executed.

i think she is definitely a crazy woman, killing all her precious children.

but then again, maybe we under estimated her situation due to post par tum disorder. i guess if someone knew or diagnose how she was from the first time she gave birth, they could cure her before it ended their multiple children's life in massacre.

Of course she's insane. You can't be sane and kill your kids.

No. She knew exactly what she was doing and deserves to be put to death, painfully, for what she did.
