Typically numbness isn't a big deal and neither is nausia (a bit of a misspelling but im a medic now an english teacher) But there is a few things you may wanna think about, pinching a nerve in your leg or back can cause you to become naustious. There is also a nerve in your leg and back called the Siatic nerve, which is most commonly recognized by a sharp shooting pain going down your leg followed by numbness. Most likely it is nothing to worry about if it is all of a sudden and the first time but if it persists get it looked at. Good luck and be safe.
