First of all where is the location of your presentation? is it in class or in Auditorium? There is a difference in both area of presentation. I assume U are using Micrsoft Powerpoint for the presentation.
Give a self introduction of yourself, your group member(if there is any) and the topic U are going to present. Just greet the audience and all VIPs (if there is any). Using the presentation, speak in a tone U are comfortable but not monotonous tone.

At the end of presentation give a brief summary on the topics you have presented. Allow the audience to ask some question to have some interaction between U and the audience. This will shows tt U are well prepared for this presentation and ppl will be impressed with U.

Lastly, thank the audience for spending their time in hearing your presentation

All the best to U in your presentation

OK this could be fun!, Start off with: Is anyone else naked here today, Just kidding, were all naked!

I know you came here today to hear a presentation on (software?) but really being naked is much more fun!

This should get them: 1 laughing, 2 hoping to hear more 3, they don't care anymore about why they came,(most didn't want to come anyway)

you should then start in with "on another note" let them have it, the whole thing about what you did, or made or what ever. They are no longer thinking about what you are saying everyone is just hoping to hear more about being naked. About half way through, seven and a half minutes, say " excuse me , but I was told to picture you all naked, so hold on for a minute........ Now why do you think they were trying to scare me!

Go on with your presentation, at the end of your presentation, Say thank you for your interest and hope to see most of you all again.

Now if that's not a presentation I don't know what is. Good luck and let us know how it turned out. Dave

If the Eagles are having a brilliant twelve months the QB on the tip of the twelve months could be the two Foles, or Barkley, with the aid of fact the Eagles are not triumphing something with Vick. Vick can no longer throw with any accuracy, is a destructive determination maker, can no longer study protection and is a turn over device. Vick has all the traits to be a foul guy's Tim Tebow. And Tebow sucks as this is. If the Eagles are having a foul twelve months the commencing QB ought to be Foles, or Barkley, with the aid of fact the Eagles might decide for to confirm what they have for the destiny.

Start with who you are and what you're going to talk about; a brief introduction of the major sections of your presentation. This is also a good time to state your 'accepting questions' strategy; during the presentation or at the end?

End with what you talked about; a brief summary of the major points to refresh the memories of your audience, followed by your conclusions, thoughts, etc.

Finally, thank your audience for listening to you.

first know your audience, you could do this by having an informal research about them then during the day of presentation, start with an introduction line of something you discovered about people in the organization or a trend then towards the ending confirm and reinforce your objective of your presentation

Humor on both ends is great. Not a joke, just some humorous pleasantry. Can even be at your expense if you don't go overboard on the humble bit.

Is this "begning and ending" supposed to be an intro and exit to your presentation, if so what is it about? If not, Hello and Thank you work pretty well.

Start with a big "Hello" and end with a "Thank you".
