Jocking. The fondeling of one's genitals, or the intention of doing so. To hit on with the intention of fornication. ex. "Yo, this fat chick has been jockin me all night, I am totally gonna tap that after like 3 more beers."

Normally, it means something that is unsuitable for someone to write, especially a preteen like me. Though, I might add that people nowadays have sick, perverted minds that have captured everyone in this counrty, and I am sad to say that most preteens start out that way. Sick and perverted, so let's put it thisway. You musn't use that term with your parents lightly.
