Put in distilled water and de-clorinating drops. Fish seem fine...hungry all the time. I don't like all those bubbles on top of the water?????

NEVER USE DISTILLED WATER. Your fish will be dead in a month. You need to use tap water with the dechlorinating drops or spring water. What kind of fish? I hope to god you dont have goldfish in there. Goldfish require 10 gallons per fancy baby-juvenile goldfish and 20 gallons per long bodied baby juvenile goldfish. Adults need 50 gallons or more since they grow 12 -14 inches and have a lifespan of 30 plus years. That tank is way to small for any fish except for a single male betta. I give your fish about a week to live before they die from ammonia poisoning.

yeah... um... you have three fish in a 2 gallon tank?? i have three goldfish in a 10 gallon tank and even that is too small... and the bubbles? you have a pump for a 2 gallon tank. it pumps oxygen into the water. fish use the oxygenated water to breath. those pumps can be used for much larger tanks, yours is small so it'll seem like more bubbles than normal. good luck, friend.

If one of the fish is a male betta, he may be building a bubble nest hoping for a little action.
