no, a person can not be hypnotized against his will, hypnosis is a voluntary thing, you can only be hypnotised if you want to be, it dont matter if you druged or not, you will not be able to hypnotise a person if he does not want to be
Hypnoses is not a trick or anything is a tool used by psychologist to acces the inner part of the human brain! inorder to access persay info which has been supress by the brain etc, but his can only be accomplished if this person whishes to do so!!!

nope he can't unless he has been heavely drugged to a very certain point, not to much , not too little, but since that is a matter of milligrams it's is almost impossible
