You only need to read the excuse given by answerers to this questions; human life and dignity means nothing to them. How do you equate what israel is doing in Lebanon with what hezbollah is doing in Israel. Its feeble in comparison and Israel started the attacks first.
The attack is such a cowardly act by Israel; attacking UN posts and other diffenceless places with the excuse of going after Hezbollah.
Everybody that defends Israel on this panel should take a deep look at their soul. they are accesories to murder of the innocent because they support it.
Good will one day prevail over the evil perpectuated by Israel.

I just wanted people to stop and think of what they wrote.
NO LIFE is worth more than another, no matter the justifications.
Think about this:
One day, someone walks into your house and says you can only live in the kitchen because the rest will be given to another person as a compensation for the hurt they suffered in their life so far.
However, everyday that other person invades the only space you have to live and destroys what little you have.
Wouldn't you fight back?
In the only way you could?
War is awful, innocents die and they have nothing to do with it.
I haven't yet seen proof that Hezbollah' members were present in all those buildings that were attacked by Israel.
I just think they're trying to justify their invasion.
I do believe that someone who has suffered will never even think about making others suffer, so... why do Israeli's, in fact, started the war?

The Israelis use the same tactics as the Nazis, one Israeli and at least 10 of your people die, and this did not stop the opposition. The Israelis hate everybody, probably even you, because they are the chosen people and the normal way of doing things is not for them. they are only able to do this because the USA supports them and supplies them with arms. The Israelites have been taken into exile several times in their history, the last by the Romans, so we await the nest power to do this and bring peace back to the world, however while they have the likes of Bush behind them they will continue as they are.
ps. Women and children do not shoot back so are much safer targets for the cowardly and criminal.

Fact: Qana was a major operations base for Hezbollah. Civilians were warned to leave. Hezbollah hides amonst civilians. Hezbollah wins whanever Lebanese civilians die or Israeli's die. None of the world expresses disgust at Hezbollah for purposefully targeting and killing civilians.
The building was not a target or maybe it was. The bomb exploded next to the building. The building collapsed nearly 8 hours later.
The blood is on the hands of Hezbollah. They started the war. They are the guilty ones.

Because terrorists have been launching missiles at Israeli towns for years, the Post-traumatic Stress in the children of those Israeli towns is epidemic...why should they have to live under the constant threat of terrorists??? Well, since they are people, too, they shouldn't...that said, the Israeli military over reacted, just as the USA has repeated done in Iraq. Just be consistent about applying logic, and you can easily see that Israel is not alone in its immorality.

Both sides have killed innocent people, why just pick on the Israeli's, its not much I know that the Israeli's have apologised for these killings, but they have, and also explained about the 'human shield' bit, no real comfort to those who have lost loved ones!
When was the last time you saw any apology from Hezbollah ?
The whole thing is a massive problem, and far too complex for my simple mind, but lets at least apportion the blame equally!

War is bad. That is why it is not as popular as football. But in fact both Hezzbola and Israel are ready to play it together. Hezzbola is supported by Syria, Iran, Iraq, Islamist etc. and Israel is backed by the US. It will get worse before it gets better.
Since you did not mention the 1,400 rockets that Hezzbola fired into Israeli cities at children and defenseless women, I suppose that you are supporting Hezzbola. Can you answer the question for that side please?
:-/ There will be more losers than winners.

Israel doesn't purposefully pick children and women, line them up and shoot them. If you got that impression, you're obviously accepting the media suggestion that it did. War is completely different from a community that lives peacefully with the occasional deadly crime here and there- it's allround slaughter with no time to stop and think or judge whether it's fair. And whether the Israeli army does it, surrounded and attacked by snipers, terrorists and hostile nations who were always bent on blowing it out of existence since 1945, or whether terrorists do it in the US by flying planes into the WTC or blowing up bars, buses, discos, metros and shopping centers in London and Madrid and Tel Aviv (did they care that there were moms and kiddies in there who didn't even support their governments' decisions to make war?), or America does it in Latin America or in Vietnam, there is one equal bottomline for everyone: all you do is fight because you either live or die.

These innocents have been placed in harms way by Hezbollah. The civilian population of this area has been warned to leave over a week ago. Do you think it is ethical or holy to bivouac troops in civilian quarters? Don't you believe that Hezbollah knew what the results would be? This is an old trick or strategy if you will. Our founding fathers gave us a constitutional guarantee against this ploy over 200 years ago in the 3rd ammendment of the Bill of Rights.

It seems the Israelis like killing Lebanese civilians at Qana. They did it during the last invasion, too, shelling a UN refugee camp into the bargain.
