If your hopeful for a boy it will probably be a girl, you can have an ultrasound later in the pregnancy if you really want to know. Weight works on an average of what the 2 parents weight was at birth My husband was 9lbs and I was 10lbs and both my kids were just over 10lbs.
Good luck

Morgan's a great name!!!!! My best friend in the whole world's name is Morgan! (he's a male.) Unfortunately, none of us can say what gender your baby will be. Try another ultrasound after some time because you never know if and when the baby will change his/her position.

Morgan's a cute name! I've heard once that if you're craving a lot of dairy products (ice creams & stuff) you're more likely having a boy and if you're craving produce (fruits & veggies) you're having a girl. I don't know for sure if that's true though 'cause most of the pregnant girls I know are about 60/40 on those cravings.

They can't tell the sex untl after 16 weeks. You should have another ultrasound around 20 weeks because before that there isn't enough of the anatomy fully developed for the doctors to examine and know if it is a healthy pregnancy or not.
The ultra sound was probably just used to confirm your due date.

Yes MORGAN is a nice name, even for a guy.
I am very happy you chose NOT to kill or "abort" it!
18 is young, but being a young mom is good, I am one!
Even if you have to take a break from school, remember you can always go back!
Congrats on your baby!

Love the name, good luck with the Vet school. Lower heart rates generally indicate a boy child. God Bless!

I was once 19 weeks while I received my americadone, and in Canada, they do not inform you the intercourse instantly. They take photos and if they are transparent sufficient they positioned them in a record that medical professionals have got to move over and in the event that they think that the photos are transparent sufficient they positioned the intercourse within the last record that the health practitioner will get. My health practitioner advised me that most commonly they are saying "it looks to be..." mine simply stated "it's." So I was once fortunate sufficient to get transparent photos and my youngster was once fairly energetic in the course of the ultrasound. I'm now not precisely certain what the percent price of being proper is, however I recognize that it is beautiful correct. They percent price of a mother realizing the intercourse of her youngster is seventy five% correct. So, who is aware of possibly you're correct, I was once.

you can't tell the baby's sex at 12 weeks so i'm wondering why your ob/gyn would even do an ultrasound to try and find out. stop worrying about details like trying to find out the sex at 12 weeks of being pregnant and picking cute names and start worrying about your baby's future, how you're going to take care of it and how you're going to finish college to support you and you're baby. hello!! you're only 18! time to grow up.

Girl, 8 pounds 11 ounces, 20 inches, for a girl but not really for a boy, but it's your baby, name it whatever makes you happy.
