I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 2 WEEKS. I'M STUPID, I KNOW, I TOOK IT OUT TO CLEAN IT. I DROPPED IT IN THE SINK.

Assuming this is your initial barbell, if you feel confident enough to take the balls off to clean (totally unneccassary) then you should have had the barbell downsized already. If you had it downsized you would have a spare bar and balls. :(
Do you have any other body jewelry? Worst case scenario is to take the new eraser off a pencil and stick it on the end of the barbell til morning.

A tongue piercing especially a fairly new one will heal/close very quickly.
The only thing I can think of is to put the barbell in with the remaining ball on top,and be super careful...although sleep is probably out of the question if you do that.
You could call the piercers in your area some do have a 24 hr line for such questions,they may have some ideas.

yes leave it in put the barbell with the ball on top it should be easier to keep in your mouth and be very careful. I have had my tongue ring for 4 years and one time during pregnancy i took it out i had it then for about two years well i left it out for about 6 months or so and when i went to put it in it went right through for me well i had to pop it through but nothing bad. when you go to change it make sure you clean the new one well you shouldnt be cleaning it, well taking it out now you havent had it too long scope is what i was told to rinse and clean my mouth out with and after you smoke if you smoke GOODLUCK
