I know all these women who go tanning and lay in the sun. I just seem to burn and get so uncomfortable, so I stay fair all year round. Is that a trunoff for most men?

Hello hot pepper, I think there are plenty of men out there who enjoy fair skinned ladies. Some of this though may depend on where you live. If you live in a state like Florida or California, most of those guys probably go for a girl with a tan. Other places such as the mid west or north east most likely have more men who go for the fair skin. If you think you look good then others will see you the same way. Just have self confidence and I'm sure that many men will find you very attractive.
Good luck

No, it's not a turnoff for me! My soulmate has very fair skin and I find her very attractive.

You know in the past I used to like the tanned ones, but these days it just seems too unnatural and artificial that it's almost a turnoff for me now. Besides the ones having the dark tans like that will be paying for it later with skin cancer, faster aging (too much sun causes leathery skin), etc.

I have a pale English rose complexion...completely devoid of any tan whatsoever hehe My bf doesn't mind at all. I have no desire to sit out in the sun or use that fake stuff. I love being pale and like to think of old Hollywood glamour where pale skin was the in thing with the beautiful actresses back then.

I am very fair as well, and always felt self consious about being so pale. I never found it to be a turnoff for men however. You don't have to be tanned to be beautiful, look at women like Nicole Kidman, she's gorgeous, and very, very fair. If a man doesn't like you because you are too fair, you don't need him.

Now and days men do like fair skin. But this also depends on where you live.!! If you live somewhere where the sun always shines then i suggest you get tanned. But if not than fair skin would work. But remember its how you present yourself that really makes a difference.

if someone decides that you are unattractive because you don't want to go to a tanning salon and get skin cancer...then that person is an idiot...you are just as attractive as someone who tans all year long.

I too am very pale. Men have always complemented me on it. Wear your color (or lack thereof) proudly.

As long as your skin isn't blue, I don't mind. I hate blue people.
