Should i wear a light sunscreen when i tan so that i wont burn but still tan...and if so. what kinds are the best?

if your going outside yeah but if ur going to tanina tanning bed dont wears sunscreen and use a bronzer the people who work there will set you in the right beds so u dont fry

I disagree with a Light Sunscreen all together. Use a 30 or more!
Do you know about the UV factors and the increase of skin cancer in people under 30 years of age. Being an educated person can save your skin!

Tanning is NEVER SAFE. That being said, I want to be golden as much as the next girl.
Wear an SPF 15. Neutragena makes one that feels ultra-light and not greasy. You'll get golden (over the course of a day) and you won't burn unless you're ultra-fair. If you're really fair, up it to SPF 20. Have fun!

Use a tanning oil along with your regular sunscreen. It's been proven that UV rays also cause cataracts and deficiencies in the immune system and exposure should be taken very seriously.

I suggest not tanning at all, because it can lead to skin cancer, as well as premature wrinkles. If you insist on doing it, use a 20spf and don't stay out there all day. Try Mystic Tan at a salon, it looks good, and is safe.

you can tan with any level of sunscreen. if you are light use a big one.

if you want a tan just use a low spf and stay outside for a lil while til you like the color

Dont wear suncreen while you tan,you wont get as dark as you want.I know its unhealthy but if you wanna get tan dont wear anything but your tanning lotion,and goggles.
