I keep hearing it from my friends. Some would perfer to be pirates, some would perfer to be ninja's. Personally I like both, so I'd be a pirate ninja. But that's not the point. I was wondering how it all come around, or if there ever was such a thing as pirate ninja's. Do they exist, or did they exist?

A Pirate Ninja would be much more stealthy and better at pillaging. So sure, why not?

To answer how it all came about; in online games ninjas are people who will steal the fruits of a group's labor (generally in the form of virtual property "i(loot)) and in general internet slang pirates are people who steal and crack everything from music to games to software. Your friends might not realize this, depending on who they are, they might just be taking advantage of a recent internet fad. Check out the source for the Ninja vs. Pirate argument. =/
