For your eyebrows you could use tweezers to neaten them up, and if you are concerned about too much hair on your forehead or cheeks, you could bleach it. It won't hurt, or cost much (just bleach for 10mins, max 15 if your skin is lighter - every three weeks).
Jolen is a good brand - I have been using it for years. The only thing you need to know is that you might find the bleach is irritating your skin, but after you wash it off, you'll be ok.

There are no over the counter or prescriptions that will permanently stop hair growth. You can pull it out, but it Will grow back. Unfortunately the only hair elimination treatment are laser or electrolysis.

a razor does it for me. its that pesky earhair that drives me up the wall. its a turn off for women, even if they have the hint of a moustache.
