I suggest taking Shaklee's Iron Plus C Complex. Iron is a structural component of the hemoglobin found in blood, which delivers oxygen from the lungs to other body tissues. Without it, anemia - caused by iron deficiency, can lead to fatigue impaired concentration, and compromised immune function. Over 90% of ladies ages 12 to 50 don't get the recommended daily amount. Shaklee adds vitamin C for better iron absorption.

Take 4 - 6 prunes every day. This is a natural
medicine. No harm continuing taking Prunes
for ever. Cucumber is also a very good source
of natural iron.

if it is an iron-deficiency anemia, iron pills should help. there are some good ones over the counter. ask your doctor for a suggestion. he or she can even prescribe iron pills.
