I started on this site about three days ago. I ask questions and I can barely get people to answer me.
I helped my husband sign up not even three hours ago, he asked two questions (that are darn near the same as mine) and he has been flooded with answers.
Why is that? Curiosity is getting me.

Honey you will get answers, just hang in there. Maybe it is because of the category in which you posted it . That sometimes makes a difference.Some people get mixed up on which place to place their question. Just give it a little time and patience. God Bless you. You sound so sweet. I know you will get a lots of answers if you hang in.

Maybe it was the time you posted. Try asking your questions when more people are online. Thurs or especially Fridays may not be the best time to find people to answer questions when thier thinking or planning or already having fun for thier weekend. Sorry didnt work out for you.

I'll answer your question. I don't know though how to get people to answer them. I've asked 2 and only gotten 4 responses so it all depends on the question.

1. Make your question short.
2. Make your question as weird/funny/special as possible.
3. Make your question as easily to answer as possible.
4. Post your question during the "peak hours". (At night or weekend)
5. Post your question at the right category.
That should do. Believe me. :-)

Shoot for a time of day that there are likely to be a lot of people online. probably it was all in the timing, and possably the wording
